The new Charnwood C-five has arrived!

Come and see for yourselves the new addition to the fantastic Charnwood  C series.

The British manufacturer has definitely created a real buzz with this new stove, offering even more choices than before. Great design, CE approved, & great efficiencies are only some of the few great points about this stove.
 
But what makes the C-Five so attractive is the wide landscape window, which offers a larger view of the fire and at just 5Kw, it can be installed without the need of an external air supply. Thus, should you wish to install it in a new build property, it has a built-in air manifold to meet the building regs requirement too!

 

 

 

Like all the C series stoves, it will come either as a wood-burner or a multi-fuel stove. It can take logs up to 300mm (12") and as it meets all the Defra requirements to burn wood in smoke control areas, it is also a perfect stove choice in our urban areas.

 

Our showroom model is the warm bronze finish, but you have the choice of eight stunning different colours from Black, Gun Metal, Pewter, Almond, Green, Brown, Bronze & Blue. Which colour will you choose?

Chesneys Stoves Ready to View as from 19th June!!

As mentioned in a previous note, we have added another high quality British designed stove range to the ones already on display in store - Chesneys-. Their Stove Collection will be ready for viewing for the weekend of 19th - 20th June and it will include the beautiful new Hampstead appliance (pictured above) on a log store that will be under fire. Just came & have a look for yourselves as we will believe that they are truly amazing!

Introducing the new Morso 5400 series wood burning stove range at Heatsource

Heatsource are proud to announce the arrival of the new Morso 5400 series wood burning stoves to their range of high quality stoves.

There are two models in the range, a free-standing model 5448 (which is LIVE IN THE SHOWROOM) and an attractive inset model 5460. They are both rated at 6.2kw and have the ability of ducting external air direct into the stove for combustion. This feature can make this stove be an attractive option for those who are building carbon neutral homes.

They incorporate the Morso cast -iron tradition together with up-to-date stove technologies.

Charnwood Cove 1 and Cove 2 are now Defra Approved.

Always wanted to enjoy the pleasures of wood burning but you live in a smoke control area and therefore you need to use a suitable clean burn appliance (also known as a Defra exempted appliance).

Look no further as Charnwood - one of the UK leading manufacturers - has now launched two of their most stylish  models - the Cove 1 that is pictured below and the Cove 2 - in a Smoke Reduction Version to allow wood burning in a smoke control zone.

Chesneys is Arriving Soon at Uppingham

At Heatsource of Uppingham we are proud to announce that we have been appointed exclusive dealer for the new much talked about stove collection designed by Chesneys in collaboration with the National Trust. Second Stove Workshop Day

Our second stove workshop day was once again a real success as we welcomed 25 people to our showroom! They were delighted in finding out how to get the best out of their appliances.

Whilst we mainly covered things that were applicable to dry appliances (appliances without the ability of heating water and radiators), we have been getting questions from clients that had wet appliances (appliances with the ability of heating water and radiators) or that were very interested in changing their heating system wanting to know more. For this reason, on my next stove workshop day, I will be dedicating one workshop session for dry appliances and one for wet appliances where I will be covering topics such as heatstores, linking in to existing systems, obtaining the scrappage boiler scheme allowance applicable to wood burning appliances and much much more...

I have not finalised the date of the next workshop day yet so please keep checking our news section regularly and local newspapers!
